Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

FreeToolHub is a free browser-based tool hub. This policy explains how files, browser permissions, analytics, advertising, and technical data are handled while using the site.

1. Browser-based processing principle

FreeToolHub tools are designed to process selected files in the user's browser whenever possible.

  • Selected source files are not stored on a FreeToolHub server.
  • Converted result files are not stored on a FreeToolHub server.
  • Previews and downloads use temporary browser object URLs.
  • Temporary work data is cleared when the page is closed or refreshed.

2. Files, inputs, and saved settings

Tool inputs such as text, images, PDFs, captions, timestamps, and map settings are handled locally unless a specific browser feature or third-party service is clearly required. Some tools may store preferences in localStorage so the same browser can restore settings later.

3. Browser permissions and optional APIs

Some tools may request browser permissions or use browser APIs such as microphone access, clipboard access, MediaRecorder, file decoders, Canvas, WebAssembly, and localStorage. If the browser blocks or does not support these features, the related tool may not work.

4. Automatically processed technical data

Cloudflare Pages, browsers, security systems, and hosting infrastructure may process technical data such as IP address, request time, browser type, device information, and requested URL for reliability, abuse prevention, and security.

5. Usage analytics

If analytics is enabled, limited events such as tool started, tool completed, download clicked, page viewed, or tool error may be processed. File names, file contents, image pixels, generated files, microphone audio, and user-entered tool text are not intended to be included in analytics events.

6. Cookies, advertising, and consent

FreeToolHub may use Google AdSense or similar advertising services after approval. Advertising and consent-management services may use cookies, device identifiers, IP address, browser information, visited pages, and ad interaction data to serve, measure, improve, and secure ads. Users in regions where consent is required may see a consent message before personalized advertising or related storage is used.

7. Third-party services

The site may rely on services such as Cloudflare, Google AdSense, Google-hosted model files, CDNs, browser translation APIs, or security tools. These services may process technical information according to their own policies. FreeToolHub does not sell selected user files or generated results.

8. User choices

Users can manage cookies and site permissions in their browser settings. Users can also delete locally saved settings by clearing site data for FreeToolHub. Google advertising preferences can be managed through Google Ads Settings where available.

9. Changes to this policy

If file handling, advertising, analytics, browser API usage, or other data practices change, this page will be updated. Last updated: June 30, 2026.
